David Boston serves as ComputerSite Engineering's Infrastructure Operations Review Specialist and is the Team Leader for Continuous Availability Reviews . He has 10 years of hands-on operations experience with GTE Data Services in Tampa and has achieved multiple years of uninterrupted uptime throughout his career.

In 1989, Mr. Boston conducted the first cost and performance benchmarking survey via telephone of 35 data centers spread across the United States. This survey was updated by site visits in 1992 and resulted in the genesis of the benchmarking now done by the Institute's Site Uptime Network®.  As program director for the Network, Mr. Boston is responsible for helping an 85-member knowledge consortium avoid downtime, optimize site infrastructure investment, and achieve a higher level of professionalism in uptime operations practices.

Mr. Boston received a BS degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati and completed course work toward an MBA at the University of Tampa.
